Authentic Edo period original, c.1850, Japanese surimono shunga erotic art woodblock picture by an artist of the UTAGAWA School. Shunga picture measures 9.1 cm x 12.1 cm. Very good colors and impressions. Condition is very good with minimal wear. No backing. Wonderful embossing as well as gold mica throughout (metallic gold pigments) the shunga picture.
