Authentic Meiji period original, c.1900, Japanese shunga erotic art woodblock print picture book.  Artist is of the Tomioka EISEN School, after Eisen's famous shunga series, Yakumo no chirigi.  Shunga book measures 9.2 cm x 12.5 cm closed.  Very good colors and impressions.  Nice touch of urushi-e (black lacquer) on some pictures, as well as mica (metallic pigments).  Condition is very good with some light wear and soiling.  Twelve different scenes in all, pictures on every page.  Accordion style, fold-out book.  Please see and judge from photos.
